PATRIOT Configuration 3-Plus Upgrade
Supported Raytheon's PATRIOT Configuration 3-Plus Upgrade Program of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The PATRIOT system has four major operational functions: communications, command and control, radar surveillance, and missile guidance. The four functions combine to provide a coordinated, secure, integrated, highly mobile air and missile defense system. All components, consisting of the fire control section (radar set, engagement control station, antenna mast group, electric power plant) and launchers, are a truck- or trailer-mounted, towed by Oshkosh M983 HEMTTs. Provided provisioning services to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in support of this capability upgrade. Participated in delivery of spare parts for JENOPTIK power generation equipment and Oshkosh prime movers. Assisted in the delivery of consumables for the total duration of the modification and refurb effort.

Air Defense Command & Control System Upgrade
During major modifications to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Armed Forces Air Defense Operations Center (ADOC), supplied non-standard logistics and hardware support in the integration of all air defense assets under one command and control system. Considerable challenges were overcome in researching, identifying, and utilizing new sources of supply for the various systems / components that make up the KSA ADOC. Post-upgrade logistics operations support by LSC has continued for over a decade.
PATRIOT Saudi Arabia Support
Supported source-directed company providing non-standard logistics support to the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces PATRIOT Air & Missile Defense System Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Period of performance for this FMS-associated support continued for approximately two (2) decades. During this period, LSC supplied a variety of hardware in support of PATRIOT delivery, training, and deployment. This support continued through the post-fielding / post-tactical-deployment phase into sustainment operations. The LSC support provided throughout this period complemented both US Government and Raytheon Integrated Air & Missile Defense efforts in fielding a critical Air & Missile Defense capability to an important regional partner.
Weapon Systems Non-Standard Logistics Support
For over 30 years, LSC has supplied provisioning and spare parts support to a wide variety of Legacy weapon systems used by key Allied partners. Through both the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and directly, LSC has supplied vital logistics products and services to sustain these weapon systems in the field. This includes routinely mitigating obsolescence challenges, researching and identifying new sources of supply, tracking and overcoming procurement road-blocks, monitoring procurement milestones, and assuring reliable transportation of hardware to country. LSC’s weapon system support, post-acquisition phase, has helped sustain Allied partner maintenance and material support capability. Support has been instrumental in complimenting and in-directly extending the US Government’s Total Package Approach to weapon systems support. LSC support of originally-established sustainment package has contributed to weapon systems operational life. LSC supplies non-standard logistics support for hardware currently within the US inventory but used by Foreign Military Sales partners. This support is provided through both the Simplified Non-Standard Item Acquisition Program (SNAP) and direct commercial arrangements.
